Part time shady work

I've been spending more time in the shady part time work that doesn't care for my safety than in any other parts of my life.

Yes, I have been playing a lot of Salmon Run Next Wave and finally reached the bottom ranks of Eggsecutive VP. The game gradually upping the difficulty makes really easy to learn the positioning and prioritization of splats but you're still in  very high stress work environment that could easily collapse on your team if you make a small mistake. I want to try grinding for 999 but the early parts are really hard for me right now and the ranking resets every map change so you only have around forty hours to reach the top before you're pulled back down.

So, to maximize the speed you get there. I've listed some tips in surviving and killing bosses.

Let bosses come to you(r basket)

If you think your team can handle a bit more pressure for a little bit more time, try to lure the Maws, Scrappers, Steel Eels, and Flipper-Floppers closer to your base. This would make collecting the eggs quicker and conserve the ink of the whole team from launching the eggs and painting areas that would inevitably get painted over by salmonids. On the contrary if your team is busy...

Let bosses come to you

Having the boss follow you through a winded path like when you're going up and down a ledge makes it walk in a predictable pattern hugging the walls. This will help your team mates get out of an area faster than going after them and attracting even more bosses with you.

Fly Fish First

Most of the time, you can drop what you are doing and should focus this boss.

Do not stay near the shore

The shore is the most dangerous place to be in. You have to bring eggs back to the basket, paint a path to move in, kill the boss, clear a path back, and then you'd be free to do other stuff.

Utilize lids for cleaning

While the Slammin' Lids are fairly simple to beat and offers a breathtaking view while you ride it to kill it, you shouldn't just kill it. But what if it crushes me under that strong hard lid? Have you seen what it does to other salmonids under it? The Steelheads and Fly fishes occassionally go under the lid so take this chance to instantly get rid of those bosses and some Cohock along the way.

Help your teammates

While killing the long range deadly bosses(Fly Fish, Stinger, and Big shot) is a given. You should also pay attention to the ones that paint a lot. The Flipper-Flopper, Fish Stick, and Drizzler. Give your team room to move by being aware of theses bosses and decide when you need to reduce the amount they paint. And always, quickly revive your team.

There is still a lot we are learning playing this game and it has been a great experience so far. We play so much of this mode. I go and do a lot of different stuff everytime and die a lot while Asena really likes obliterating bosses with the cannons in the night time mode.
