Ginger rice

This is a story about an unexpected meal I had. Last week, I worked on a testing program that needed to be ran on a specific board. I started early writing and updating tests so I also started the computer needed to program the board. Five minutes into waiting, the Windows environment finally loaded. Now, it just needed to load the program and settings locally, read the 200Mb settings, and then prepare the libraries and compile them. So I work on the board and the program but then realized the system wasn't set to interface with the SD card so I had to make a new image and load it into the working computer. But this time, the environment won't let me update the platform project without restarting the whole project form scratch. So I left it running while I go out for lunch.

I had Hainanese Fried Chicken

This was the best meal I had in a very long time. The fried chicken was very crispy and just lightly seasoned with salt and pepper to tickle your tongue. The soup had a the light yet punchy flavour of onions and garlic. The vegetables still crispy and fresh. Along with the sweet aroma of the ginger rice. It was just perfect.
